What are Quickstart projects?

Quickstart projects were shovel-ready initiatives announced at the launch of REnew Pacific on 3 March 2025.

These projects scaled proven pilot activities to deliver early impact and momentum while the first Call for Proposals was underway. Quickstart projects are separate from Round 1 outcomes.

What are Round 1 projects?

REnew Pacific’s first Call for Proposals ran from 3 March to 28 April 2025 and attracted more than 320 applications from across 12 Pacific countries.

Applications were assessed against program objectives, eligibility criteria and delivery capacity. Successful Round 1 projects are being finalised and applicants are being formally notified.

How many proposals are being funded through the Round 1 Call for Proposals?

Round 1 selections were determined based on available funding, proposal quality and alignment with program objectives. Successful applications that have been announced can be found on the Projects page.

How will I be notified of outcomes?

Both successful and unsuccessful applicants are notified to their email listed on the SmartyGrants application. Please check your email’s inbox and spam folders to access the notification.

When is the next Call for Proposals?

There is currently no active Call for Proposals.

Future Calls will be announced in line with program priorities and funding availability. We encourage interested organisations to register for updates to be notified when new opportunities open.
